Charleys Cheesesteaks will open a new location at the Woodmoor Shopping Center in Silver Spring on Friday, April 30 at 10am, with a grand opening promotion offering a free small cheesesteak combo to the first 25 guests.
The restaurant will be located at 10121 Colesville Road, in the former UPS Store space between Woodmoor Pastry Shop and Bento Express. The chain is also opening a second location the same day in Frederick at 6459 Corporate Drive.
The new location will serve Charleys’ full menu, including Philly cheesesteaks made with steak, grilled vegetables and melted cheese, along with wings, gourmet fries and flavored lemonades. Charleys has a rich history, beginning as a small cheesesteak shop near Ohio State University in 1986. Since then, it has grown into a global franchise while maintaining its commitment to made-to-order, quality food. The addition of wings has become a key part of the brand’s growth, giving customers even more to enjoy alongside its fan-favorite cheesesteaks.
