Burlington is set to open its new Montgomery Village location on Friday, June 26.
The new store is located at 19142 Montgomery Village Avenue in the former Big Lots space.
Construction work at the site began earlier this year, with permits valued at approximately $900,000 issued in January. The space became available after Big Lots closed its Montgomery Village store in March 2025.
Burlington is one of the nation’s largest off-price retailers, operating more than 1,000 stores across the United States. The company offers discounted apparel, footwear, accessories, home décor, beauty products, toys, and other merchandise from nationally recognized brands.
The Montgomery Village location will join Burlington’s existing Montgomery County stores in Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Silver.
