MCPD UPDATE: “Fatal collision in the area of University Boulevard West and Colesville Road. The deceased has been identified as an adult male. A second adult male was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.”
One person has died following a three-vehicle crash Thursday night in Silver Spring.
According to Montgomery County Police, 3rd District officers were dispatched at approximately 9:53pm to the intersection of University Boulevard West and Colesville Road for a collision involving three vehicles.
Police said one person was pronounced dead at the scene. No additional information has been released, and the circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
