Spirit Halloween is now open at Clarksburg Premium Outlets, marking the seasonal retailer’s debut at the Clarksburg shopping center.
The Clarksburg store is one of three Spirit Halloween locations planned for Montgomery County for the 2026 Halloween season. The retailer also previously opened at Westfield Wheaton, where it is once again occupying the former Party City space, and will soon open at Congressional Plaza in Rockville.
Last year, Spirit Halloween operated locations at Rio in Gaithersburg, Westfield Wheaton and Congressional Plaza. The Rio location will not return this year, as its former space is being prepared for Orange Pocket.
Spirit Halloween operates more than 1,400 seasonal stores across North America each year, with locations generally opening in late summer and closing shortly after Halloween. Its online store operates year-round.
