The Rockville City Police Department (RCPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an individual detectives would like to speak with in connection with multiple thefts from vehicles in Rockville.
Police described the individual as a white male wearing a black baseball-style hat backward, a dark gray jacket or sweatshirt, a backpack and distinctive gray or black shoes featuring five stripes on the side.
Anyone who recognizes the individual or has information that may assist with the investigations is asked to contact RCPD detectives at 240-314-8938 or [email protected].
Police advised members of the public not to approach or confront the individual. Anyone who observes him is asked to contact RCPD immediately at 240-314-8900.
