The Salgado Family Christmas Display will return to Hope International Church at 15817 Barnesville Road in Boyds on Sunday, November 22, 2026, with opening night beginning at 6pm.
The free walk-through display will be open on select nights through January 1, 2027.
The display features thousands of Christmas lights, holiday inflatables, and festive photo opportunities. Opening night will also include music and free snacks. Admission and on-site parking are free.
Created by siblings Pahan and Supuli Salgado, the display has been a family tradition for more than 16 years and is dedicated to their late grandmothers, Lolita and Susila. It moved to Hope International Church in 2025 following the family’s relocation from Germantown. According to the family, the church location provided more space for visitors.
The display is supported by family, friends, and volunteers from the church and surrounding community. It also continues the family’s tradition of collecting food donations for Manna Food Center. Visitors can bring canned food and place it in designated collection bins at the display.
Hours are 6pm to 9:30pm each operating night, weather permitting. November dates are November 22, 26, 27, 28, and 29. December dates are December 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 31. The final night is January 1, 2027.
