Mr Wash Car Wash will offer free car washes to veterans, active-duty military members and military spouses on Tuesday, November 10, and Wednesday, November 11, in recognition of Veterans Day.
The promotion includes a complimentary Extra Shine exterior car wash at 10 participating locations across Maryland, Northern Virginia and Delaware, including two locations in Montgomery County. No military ID or proof of service is required. Eligible customers simply need to inform an on-site attendant that they are visiting for the Veterans Day promotion.
The Montgomery County locations are at 7996 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring and 3817 Dupont Avenue in Kensington. The Kensington location also offers vacuums.
“We can never fully repay the sacrifices our service members and their families have made, but we can make sure they know how much we appreciate them,” said Mr Wash President Evan Harris.
The family-owned company operates 11 locations across the region, although its Baileys Crossroads location in Virginia is temporarily closed for repairs and will not participate in the promotion.
Additional information and participating locations are available at mrwash.com.
