Lakeforest Mall Master Plan Draft

Monday night the Gaithersburg Mayor and City Council held a joint work meeting which included a presentation on the Lakeforest Mall Master Plan.

Back in October, WRS Inc., the owner of Lakeforest Mall (but not any of the pad sites), put a sign at the food court entrance of Lakeforest Mall that contained a “conceptual site plan” of what’s to come for the area which included 500-600 townhomes, 120-150 condominiums, 175-250 apartments (multi-family), and 400,000-500,000 square feet of retail space with 1,000 surface parking spots.
