Corn grown on the farm, ground into fresh corn flour and corn meal. Available in heritage blue and red as well. Grassfed, all-natural beef raised on the farm. DJ The Baker: My name is Hasan Cumberbatch. Growing up, I often watched my mom in the kitchen preparing meals; whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. The aroma of the foods was always quite interesting and often made me stay in the kitchen. I was encouraged to add spices and other flavors to the tasty home cooked meals and soon I was trying things on my own. I became very interested in cooking.
