Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to the scene of a crash on the southbound express lanes of I-270, in the area of Montrose Rd., at approximately 12:30am very early Tuesday morning.
According to MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer, the collision caused both vehicles to overturn. Two adults were transported to the hospital for traumatic injuries. Their condition and the cause of the crash is currently unknown at this time.
