Proposed Property Tax Increase for Poolesville


For the taxable year beginning July 1, 2024, the Commissioners of the Town of Poolesville propose to increase real property tax rates from $ .1781 per $100 of assessment to $ .1859 per $100 of assessment.

Per the Town of Poolesville, “A public hearing on the proposed real property tax rate increase will be held at 7:00 pm on April 8, 2024 at Poolesville Town Hall, 19721 Beall Street, Poolesville, MD. The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.”
