Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a fire at a five-story residential building at 327 King Farm Blvd in Rockville at approximately 6:30pm on Saturday evening.
According to MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer, units were dispatched to an exterior fire with extension to attic. The residential sprinklers were activated due to the fire. The fire was contained/extinguished, but multiple apartment units are expecting relocation due to water damage. The Red Cross is assisting.
