The Olney Days Party in the Park celebration takes place today (Saturday, April 27th) at Olney Manor Park (16601 Georgia Ave). Below is a list of everything the celebration will include, courtesy of the Olney Civic Fund:
- Live music performed by great local bands on TWO stages. Click here to see who’s playing and when.
- Jazz Concert by the Olney Big Band (7:00 – 8:30 pm) on the Olney Civic Fund Stage.
- Olney Concert Band concert (4:00 – 6:00 pm) in front of the Swim Center.
- Corn Hole and Giant Jenga available and FREE to play thanks to Olney Civic Fund
- Kid Carnival games run by the Sandy Spring Fire Department (tickets required)
- Can you Win It in a Minute? Games designed for age 10+ (wristband for unlimited play)
- Do you have aim? GIANT Slingshot. Send 15 balls 200 feet into targets (tickets required). Fun for all ages.
- 48 ft long Inflatable Obstacle Course and Moon bounce – FREE thanks to Empire Inflatables
- 25 ft tall rock wall – FREE thanks to Boy Scouts of America
- Fun on the Field: Frisbee & Football throw, Soccer Fun, Run the Bases, Tug of War, & Cowboy Rodeo. FREE to participate.
- Fire truck rides by the Sandy Spring Fire Department (tickets required)
- The Beer & Wine Garden Cash and credit cards accepted. Must be age 21 and over – bring ID. Breweries coming: Brookeville Beer Farm, Denizens Brewing Co, Elder Pine Brewing and Blending Co, Lone Oak Farm Brewing Co, Olney Winery, Silly Yak Beer Company, Two Story Chimney Ciderworks, Waredaca Brewing Co.
- Food Trucks: 2 Bold Chefs, Always Ice Cream, Bun’d Up, Carmen’s Italian Ice, The Crepe Shoppe, DM Sliders, Flipside Gastro To Go, Grubbing Hard BBQ, Mackie’s Barbecue Co, Mackie’s Grilled Cheese, Pho Wheels, Pop-up Poutine, Scratch Kitchen, SSVFD Canteen, Tacos El Pariente.

Free Community Father-Daughter Dance
Fathers and father figures, create unforgettable memories with your daughter at our free community father-daughter dance on June 1st, from 6-8 pm. Hosted outdoors at Olney Baptist Church. This event offers a delightful outdoor experience complete with a DJ spinning tunes, interactive games, a charming photo booth, delicious treats, and exciting raffle prizes. Fathers/father figures and daughters of all ages are warmly welcomed to share in this special evening together. Join us for an evening of joy, laughter, and cherished moments!
