Peter Chang, located at 20-A Maryland Ave in Rockville, has undergone a rebranding and is now known as Kung Fu Kitchen.
According to a representative at Kung Fu Kitchen, renovations on the interior of the restaurant, which are expected to take approximately a month, will begin around May 12th. The restaurant will remain open for carryout and delivery services during this period. We’re told the restaurant will retain the same head chef and keep the majority of the Peter Chang menu.
Peter Chang Rockville opened in April 2015. Last month, Peter Chang Gaithersburg opened at 637 N Frederick Ave, in the space previously occupied by Ichiban Restaurant, which closed in September 2021 after 35 years in business.
