Park Police has shared that on Thursday morning, at approximately 1am, an officer was about to investigate a suspicious vehicle at Burnt Mills West park.
According to Park Police, the officer observed the car hop a curb, and then drive off a 6ft wall into the creek bed. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to the scene of the crash. The driver refused treatment and was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI). Photos by Park Police.
