Montgomery County Police are investigating a commercial burglary that occurred at approximately 2:58 a.m. on Sunday, July 7, 2024, at La Fonda Paisa Restaurant (7900blk of Georgia Ave) in Silver Spring.
According to police, the suspect is described as a Black male wearing a black and white t-shirt with red sleeves, ripped jean shorts, and black and white Nike sneakers, pried the door open, shattering the glass, and then stole an undetermined amount of money from the tip jar and two cash drawers.
