MCPS High School Sports Scores for May 06, 2024:
On Sunday we reported on Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) and Rockville City Police responding to a collision involving a vehicle into a tree at the intersection of Shady Grove Rd. and Research Blvd. Assistant MCFRS Chief David Pazos provided an update on Monday evening.
EDENS, a national retail real estate owner, operator and developer, last year announced its partnership with Domain Fitness & Performance– a new premier fitness facility at Burtonsville Crossing in Burtonsville. The fitness facility just received a $2.5 million permit for its fitout, according to a report by Maryland Newsletters.

Last week we looked at the class of 2024 and now we will take a look at the speakers for the class of 2002.
Sixty fourth grade students from Woodlin Elementary School in Silver Spring visited Annapolis to learn about the history of Maryland, and were able to spend 30 minutes with Maryland Governor Wes Moore during their visit to the State House.
MCPS celebrated excellence in autism services during the third annual Autism Unit Awards on April 25. Teachers, paraeducators, administrators, service providers, volunteers and substitutes were recognized.
