Breaking: $25,000 Worth of Items Stolen From Jeweler in Lakeforest Mall
Today at 3:40PM, approximately $25,000 in items were stolen from Allure Jewelers located inside Lakeforest Mall at 701 Russel Avenue in Gaithersburg,
We spoke to the owner of Allure who described the incident as a “grab & run”. He told us that the individual (male) came to the store and inquired about the items, which included a $20,000 gold chain, pretending to be a customer. Once they were handed the items they fled the store.
Allure is working on getting the security footage to the Gaithersburg Police Department, who are currently investigating the burglary.
