Carmen’s Italian Ice will open its second location at the old Rita’s spot in Olney (3233 Spartan Road) NEXT WEEK! The frozen treats will be available in Olney starting Thursday, April 30th from 2pm until 8pm.

You’ll be able to call in, walk up, request delivery, and they are hoping ChowNow and Uber Eats will be available by the opening date as well. There won’t be a grand opening event at this moment to avoid any type of crowd, but we are happy to see a new business open in this difficult time.
