Mezeh Mediterranean Grill is Coming to Germantown.
UPDATE (12/2): Construction has started, but no opening date yet.
The fast-casual restaurant chain will take over the old Baja Fresh location, according to opengovus.com, a website that provides open access to data provided by US government agencies.
The website lists Mezeh as the occupant of 19810 Century Blvd with Saleh Mohamadi as the registered agent. According to his LinkedIn profile, Mohamadi is the owner of Mezeh Mediterranean Grill.
Mezeh Mediterranean Grill opened its first place in Annapolils, Md in 2013. It’s a fast-casual eatery with a buffet-style of offerings that include rice and salad bowls, wraps and a variety of sauces and toppings that are very similar to national chain Cava.
