Taste MoCo’s Best Pizza in MoCo Tournament
When the pandemic hit we started holding fun tournaments to find the “best” of various cuisines and types of food across the county, according to your votes…just a way to shine a little light on some local businesses.
Now it’s time for the tournament we’ve all been waiting for– best pizza in MoCo! All styles are included to make it even more fun and difficult to choose your favorite.
The rules are pretty simple. We’ve included 64 different places that offer pizza based on your nominations. Restaurants that aren’t eligible include any establishment that has more locations outside of MoCo than in MoCo (unless it started in MoCo).
This doesn’t mean the pizza at any place that isn’t eligible is not good pizza, it simply means we aren’t including places that are available out of MoCo more than they are in it.
We will randomly select that first round matchups. The winners are determined via a poll on the @TasteMoCo Instagram account. Each poll runs for 24 hours and the restaurant that receives the most votes advances (each Instagram account can only vote once and the contest is held on Instagram because it’s the only platform that allows you to save the results in a highlight tab for anyone to access whenever they’d like).
The tournament is expected to start on Christmas Day.
