Will Jawando, a MoCo Councilmember, Set to Release Book Next Year
Montgomery County Councilmember Will Jawando announced that Farrar, Straus, and Giroux has acquired the rights to publish his first book, “My Black Fathers.”
The book will “explore fatherhood, Black masculinity, mentorship, and forgiveness through the lens of the seven Black men who made him whole,” according to the councilmember’s tweet earlier today.
The book is set to release in Spring 2022.

So it’s ok for Jawando to release a book and, presumably make money, but it cost Chief Moose his job?
