The Washington Commanders beat the Tennessee Titans 42-19 on Sunday, getting back on track after a three game losing streak. The Commanders are now 8-5 and would be in the playoffs if they were to start today. Next week is their bye with the New Orleans up next after that. Four games remain in the season, but before we get to those games let’s take a look at some amazing facts from today’s game:

After a 7-2 start, the Washington Commanders have lost three straight heading into today’s game against the Tennessee Titans. Yesterday, they made some major moves, releasing 2023 1st round draft pick Emmanuel Forbes Jr., and today they made another move that shows what the current regime thinks of Ron Rivera’s draft picks.

The Bowie Baysox are the Double-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles and play in the Double-A Northeast. The team plays their home games at Prince George’s Stadium in Bowie. The Baysox have announced that the will be official renamed the Chesapeake Baysox during a special event at The Chesapeake Bay Foundation in Annapolis. “The updated team name represents a new chapter in Baysox baseball, expanding the brand to better reflect the broad and diverse community of fans who support the team across the region. The Baysox will continue to play at their home, Prince George’s Stadium, in Bowie, Maryland.”

On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November. 28, Metrorail will open at 7 a.m. and close at midnight, operating on a reduced Sunday schedule at all stations. Metrobus will also operate on a Sunday schedule. MetroAccess customers may make a reservation to travel on the holiday; however, subscription trips will be canceled.
