Tramell Tillman, a native of Maryland, has emerged as one of the stars of Severance, an acclaimed Apple TV series directed by Ben Stiller. The show revolves around a team of office workers who have undergone a surgical procedure to separate their memories of work and personal lives. When a mysterious colleague appears outside of work, the characters embark on a quest to uncover the truth about their jobs. Tillman, who plays the role of Seth Milchick on the series, grew up in nearby Prince George’s County, specifically in Largo, where he developed his early passions.
Magruder High School in Derwood faced a major setback when a portion of the auditorium ceiling collapsed during a performance of Once Upon a Mattress. In response, over 50 community members came together over the past two days to move the entire set, costumes, props, and audio-visual equipment—a massive effort made possible by the dedication of students and volunteers. Additionally, a fundraiser has raised over $1,000 this morning.
FOX5’s Homa Bash reported that Magruder High School in Derwood recently faced a significant disruption when a portion of the auditorium ceiling fell during a spring musical production of “Once Upon a Mattress.” Despite the alarming incident the show continued with a brief pause, but it did raise urgent safety concerns regarding the aging infrastructure of the nearly 55-year-old school.
