Vine Alley to Take Over Old Wine Harvest Location in Kentlands
Vine Alley is coming to 114 Market. St, the former home of Wine Harvest in Kentlands. The “beer & wine bistro” is being opened by the owners of Brew & Barrels, also located in Kentlands.
Java Nation, a locally owned coffeehouse and restaurant, announced today that they’re opening a new location in Kentlands.
A while back, we let you know about the possibility of of a local coffee shop taking over the recently closed Starbucks location. Today, we learned that Java Nation will be taking over this spot.

2020 has been a difficult year for restaurants. A few weeks ago we released a list of restaurants that have closed since March 17th.(not necessarily due to Covid, but since the day the initial restrictions were put in place).
While that list is long, there are still plenty of restaurants planning to open in MoCo in 2021.
Current Kentlands Starbucks to Close Permanently Tonight, New Location to Open on Thursday 12/31
The new drive-thru Starbucks in the Kentlands was approved by the city of Gaithersburg back in 2018, but it took a little time for construction to get started.
Rapper Tyga’s Virtual Restaurant, Tyga Bites, Now Available in MoCo
Earlier today we let you know of MrBeast Burgers arrival in MoCo. Joining them at 122 Kentlands Blvd, in Gaithersburg, which is the kitchen of the national Italian restaurant chain Buca Di Beppo, will be Tyga Bites.

Mr. Beast is a YouTube star and philanthropist known for creating crazy videos that garner millions of views. By 2018, he had given away over $1 million and was named YouTube’s biggest philanthropist.

In September we let you know that Fleet Feet would be returning to the Kentlands after closing the previous location at 255 Kentlands back in July due to a 90% decline in revenue.
It will be returning to Gaithersburg just about a quarter mile away at 201 West Market Street next to the Goldfish Swin School near Michael’s.
