ICE noted that “@PGCorrections failed to honor ICE detainer & released him, putting MD residents at risk. He remains in ICE custody.” about a year after his arrest for a murder in an unincorporated section of Takoma Park.

Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Per the report, Marylanders spent the fourth lowest % of their income on clothing.
