Montgomery County Police 3rd District officers arrested a suspect in Silver Spring after finding a loaded handgun and drugs during a traffic stop on Friday.
Steven Randolph, 34, of Rockville, was found guilty in three indecent exposure trials in Montgomery County District Court and sentenced to a total of four and a half years in prison for multiple offenses, including indecent exposure, theft, and disorderly conduct. (more…)

According to District 3 Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) Commander Jason Cokinos, a community member in downtown Silver Spring spotted a suspect breaking into cars around 3 AM and called 911, enabling MCPD 3rd District officers to swiftly apprehend the individual.
