Aug. 25, 2024 was a lucky day for Carlos Gamez, a Washington, D.C. resident who enjoys playing the Lottery in his home territory as well as in neighboring Maryland and Virginia. On that day, he won more than $50,000 playing a DC Lottery game. Two and a half months after winning that prize, he won $25,000 in Montgomery County.
