Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section have arrested and charged a Clarksburg teen with attempted first-degree murder, following a shooting that occurred on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, in the 19300 block of Archdale Road in Germantown.
