The American Diversity Group, along with Angarai, and KloudDate, will be hosting a “grab & go” food distribution event at 12210 Plum Orchard Dr. Suite 214 in Silver Spring, this Sunday from 10AM-12PM.
All you have to do is drive up and pop your trunk, volunteers will then place the food inside your vehicle.

New Program Helps MoCo Residents Grow Their Own Food– for Free!
Food Grown Home, founded this past January, makes it easy for MoCo residents to learn the art of growing their own food. They deliver everything needed to grow fruits and vegetables right to participants’ homes free of charge. This includes seeds, starters, reusable containers, soil, and more! They also offer mentoring sessions with advisors to provide advice and instructions about growing.
