L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, located at 785 Rockville Pike, Suite G, in the Ritchie Center in Rockville, has announced its grand opening weekend will take place January 3 to January 6. The restaurant will occupy the space previously home to Superbowl Noodle House, which closed permanently in March. As part of the celebration, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue will raffle off a free iPhone 16.
Crisfield Seafood at 8012 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring has announced it will permanently close on December 22. The restaurant has been a Montgomery County staple for nearly 80 years, operating in Silver Spring since 1945.
BT’s Bethesda, a new restaurant and bar owned by Brian “BT” Lacey, will open on Friday, December 13, at 4866 Cordell Ave., in the space formerly occupied by Zuma by Chef Ninja. A 30-year-old Rockville woman, a manager at Silo Falls Restaurant in Brookeville, has been charged with theft and credit card fraud after using a customer’s forgotten credit card, with detectives seeking additional potential victims.
Ledo Pizza has been a staple in Maryland since the original Ledo Restaurant opened in Adelphi , MDN(Prince George’s County) in 1955. They are one of the first restaurants to introduce what we call “Maryland Style Pizza” to the area and recently they made a fun post on social media reminding customers that there’s no S in their name.
