Yamachan started over a decade ago as a Japanese raw noodle manufacturer that is operated under Japanese management in Northern California. They now have restaurants in California as well as the Tidewater area of Virginia.
Their Rockville restaurant, located at 201 E. Middle Lane in Rockville Town Square, will be attached to Pearl Lady Tea.
According to the Rio Washingtonian Facebook page, the authentic Chinese eatery will open later this year across from Dick’s Sporting Goods on Grand Corner Ave.
They’ll be taking over the old O’Leary’s and 555 Lounge location at 555 Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg.
The first 100 guests will be treated to free slurpy-worthy ramen on Opening day!
North Bethesda, Maryland (July 26, 2018) – We are pleased to announce that JINYA Ramen Bar, a full-service, sit-down restaurant, will be opening in North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose, on August 7, 2018. This will be the restaurant’s third location in the D.C. Metropolitan area.
JINYA will kick off its Grand Opening starting at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, door prizes and other fun activities throughout the day. In addition, the first 100 guests will be treated to a free bowl of ramen. A portion of the proceeds from the opening day will be donated to Manna Food Center, an organization dedicated to ending hunger in Montgomery County, Maryland.

One of the nation’s fastest-growing gourmet burger chains, BurgerFi will be located in the neighborhood at 11881 Grand Park Avenue next to Blue Mercury and will open this winter.
Established in 2011 and a 2018 Fast Casual Top 100 movers and shakers, BurgerFi features all-natural hamburgers, Vienna beef dogs, veggie and vegan burgers and shakes and custard. The 100% natural Angus beef patties have no steroids, antibiotics or growth hormones.
Burger Fi offers fresh hand-cut crunchy French fries and double-battered crispy onion rings to be enjoyed with a favorite craft beer, wine, natural sugar cane sodas or frozen custards and shakes. The restaurants also feature an eco-friendly, modern design.
Their new location, 13015 Wisteria Dr., is now open. It contains 7 tables and 34 seats to dine-in, but is still awaiting fountain drinks (they have bottles for now).

El Sapo will be “unmistakably Cuban, full of instense flavors, laughter, music, colors and aroma.” The food will be inspired by the foods Chef Mendizabal ate at home and on the streets of La Habana while he was growing up as well as his journey as a chef throughout the years.
Happy hour will last from 4pm-7pm and will consist of half-price mojitos and specials on beer, wine, and Cubano sandwiches.
The winner will get 1 free burger per week for an entire year. You will be able to choose any of the menu burgers or the Burger of the week and can dine-in or carry-out! You’ll also get a free side of fries with your burger (substitutions may be upcharged)!
The free burgers are non-transferable, which means they can only be redeemed by the contest winner.
According to their Facebook page , The Manor At Silo Falls will be a restaurant, but they will also be hosting and catering indoor and outdoor events.
