As of now we don’t have word on where in the Kentlands it will be located or when they expect to open, but we should have that information in the coming days.

Cinco De Mayo is a smaller, local chain with locations in Westminster, Columbia, and Middletown in Maryland. They also have a West Virginia location in Martinsburg and new Maryland location coming soon to Urbana.

The Illinois-based chain, which has nearly 3,000 locations worldwide, will open their third current MoCo location (their other MoCo locations are in Gaithersburg and Silver Spring) in the Germantown Town Center.

They have already begun construction, but there’s no timeframe for when they’ll open.

They will offer a hand picked selection of fine, small-batch, and affordable wines from around the world. They’ll host wine tastings and educational classes to enable wine drinkers at all levels to better understand and enjoy their favorite selections.

In addition to retail wine, they’ll offer a selection of tapas-style dishes, salads, sandwiches, cheese/charcuterie boards, and seasonal plates for you to enjoy at the bar/restaurant.
