After making a few phone calls it has been confirmed that the location has already closed and will not be re-opening.
The restaurant is owned by Stephen Adelson, who also owns multiple Carbivore BBQ food trucks and day-to-day operations will be handled be General Manager, Danny Mutany.
BurgerIM, an Israeli burger chain that translates to “many burgers” from Hebrew, will be opening soon in Wheaton Mall. The first BurgerIM opened in 2011 and the burger chain has already expanded to over 160 stores worldwide in just over 5 years.
They sell mini-burgers (not sliders) using 2.8 ounce patties that are larger than a slider sized patty. Their selling point is variety, and there’s plenty of it. They offer 11 different types of patties, including beef, dry aged beef, Wagyu beef, merguez, Turkey, lamb, chicken, salmon, veggie, Spanish beef, and falafel.
Dave & Buster’s will be joining Silver Diner, Kung Fu Tea, Baked Bear, and Lanzhou Hand Pulled Noodles as new spots at Rio this year.
Decorated in a vibrant, patterned tile mosaic décor, LEBTAV will be located next to Ulta and will have an expanded outdoor eating area next to Modern Market. The other LEBTAV location is in Annapolis at Festival at Riva.
The restaurant will feature Korean style BBQ meats cooked on tabletop grills as well as Asian hot pots.

To my knowledge, this is the first restaurant of its kind in our area. It is serving Gaithersburg and surrounding areas and is only available through the food delivery service, Uber Eats.
They offer BBQ (brisket, ribs, fried chicken sandwiches, pulled pork, etc.), sides (coleslaw, Mac & cheese, rice & beans, etc.), and desserts (Oreo brownie, Saturday morning cereal treats, and cocoa crispy treats).
The Maryland based chain opened their first store in Annapolis in 2013. The fast casual eatery offers rice and salad bowls with a variety of Mediterranean meats, spices, sauces and toppings.
Their other MoCo location can be found in Downtown Crown (Gaithersburg).
Poki DC will have their soft opening at Georgetown Square in Bethesda (10400 Old Georgetown Rd., next to Not Your Average Joe’s) this Friday, 2/15, according to their recent Facebook post.
