Burnt Hill Farm in Clarksburg has earned another national honor, this time being named one of the “17 Best Wineries and Vineyards on the East Coast” by Observer. Burnt Hill is the only Maryland winery included on the 17-destination list. A video of the chef’s counter experience can be seen below.

2Fifty Texas BBQ has been named one of the best restaurants in the D.C. area by Washington Post food critic Elazar Sontag. Located at 4700 Riverdale Rd. in Riverdale Park (Prince George’s County), 2Fifty came in at No. 26 on Sontag’s list of “The 40 Best Restaurants in and Around D.C.”

For decades, The Golden Bull was a popular steakhouse destination in Gaithersburg and Adelphi, known for its prime rib, steaks, generous portions, and traditional dining atmosphere. OTC Bar & Grille, formerly known as Olde Towne Cafe, has announced that it will close its longtime Olde Towne Gaithersburg location on November 15, 2026, after 26 years of serving the community.
