Attorney General Anthony Brown and a coalition of state attorneys general have filed a lawsuit challenging the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ decision to share Medicaid data with the Department of Homeland Security, arguing it exceeds legal authority and raises privacy concerns.
On Tuesday, a house located at 1700 Tweed St., near Marshall Ave. in Rockville, was struck by lightning, prompting a response from Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS).
