The Harbor Bank of Maryland will celebrate a major milestone this month with the grand opening of its first Montgomery County branch in downtown Silver Spring. The event is set for Tuesday, September 23, from 11:30am to 1:30pm at 1010 Wayne Avenue. The bank opened for business earlier this summer.

The Limerick Pub, a longtime staple of Wheaton’s dining and nightlife scene, has officially announced a change in ownership. The pub shared a couple weeks back that Luis Reyes, a familiar face to many regulars, is now the new owner along with his wife Maria, his brother Mauricio, and his sister Marina.

The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 33-year-old Deondray Darnell Osborne, who is wanted for attempted first-degree murder and related charges after allegedly firing multiple shots at a victim during a domestic violence incident in the 8000 block of 16th Street in Silver Spring in July.
