A message was sent to the Clarksburg and Quince Orchard communities, by Clarksburg principal Edward Owusu, regarding the incident that took place in the parking lot behind the Clarksburg High School stadium last night.

Fox 5 reported that MCPD officers responded to a report of a stabbing of 18-year old female victim, which was confirmed by police.

Los Angeles Rams head coach, and former Washington offensive coordinator, Sean McVay announced that Jake Funk has been lost for the season with a torn hamstring last night.

Funk has primarily played special teams for the Rams  this season– he has played in 66% of special team snaps on the year. He has also carried the ball 1 time for 6 yards, in a win against the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers.


Seneca Valley High School principal Marc Cohen sent a letter to the community yesterday (Saturday, October 16th) addressing the fight that ended the Seneca Valley/Northwest football game early and the increase in fights at the school this year.

Per the letter, there will be additional security, counselors, central office staff, and MCPD onsite at Seneca Valley beginning on Monday morning to help assure a safe and orderly learning environment.
