Maryland National Park Police (Montgomery County division) tweeted at 10:48pm on Sunday night that night while on proactive patrol at Ridge Road Recreational Park in Germantown, officers arrested an 18 yesr old male resident of Gaithersburg for illegal possession of a handgun after he was observed in a suspicious vehicle in the park after hours. The subject is currently being held without bond.
