The African American Health Program and Fit Feather will be offering free COVID-19 testing in Germantown on Tuesday, November 22nd from 11AM-2PM.

On Saturday, 11/21, the state reported a new daily high of 51,510 tests completed. We have more than 230 testing sites available across the state and continue to expand operating hours and staff at community-based sites.

MoCo Health Officer Sends Private Schools a Letter Encouraging Them to Strongly Consider Return to Virtual Learning
Montgomery County Health Officer Travis Gayles sent a letter to private school leadership teams encouraging them to reassess in-person instruction and strongly consider a return to virtual instruction until the average case rate in the county is below 15 per 100,000 people.
Smithsonian Temporarily Closes Zoo and All Museums Due to COVID Surge
“Due to rising regional and national cases related to the COVID-19 pandemic, all Smithsonian museums, including the National Zoo, will temporarily close to the public starting Monday, Nov. 23.
