A Dunkin/Baskin Robbins is coming to 115 University Blvd W, in the Four Corners area of Silver Spring. This was first reported by Silver Spring-focused good blog, @SilverSpringEats.

The new location will be moving in to the former home of Chevy Chase Bank and the property has been advertised as having a drive-thru, so it’s very likely that the location will keep the drive-thru.

Construction has recently started, according to the photos below by SilverSpringEats. In most cases in our area, Dunkin’ locations are usually ready within a few months, so we anticipate a mid-2022 opening.

The Four Corners area is also expecting a Pizza Hut, though no update has been provided regarding a potential opening date.
