Students and Staff Required to Wear Masks This Fall at Montgomery County Public Schools, Regardless of Vaccination Status
The Montgomery County Board of education met today and determined that students and staff will be required to wear face coverings in buildings in the fall.
Silver Spring Student Wins $50,000 Scholarship in Latest VaXU Drawing
The winners from today’s VaxU drawings were from Columbia and Silver Spring. This is the third time since the first drawing on July 12th that a student from Montgomery County has won.

Board of Education to Meet July 27, Now Accepting Pre-Recorded Public Testimony
The Montgomery County Board of Education will be meeting next Tuesday, July 27 at noon. According to the BOE, although they will be meeting partially in person, live public testimony remains suspended at this time.
