Most of us woke up to a coating of snow on the ground and more snow falling. The snow should continue on and off over the next couple hours before the chance of some heavier bands later in the afternoon.

The Winter Storm Warning has been expanded to now include all of Montgomery County with total accumulations of about 4-8” expected by Tuesday morning.

A Winter Storm Warning has no been issued, effective 1:00am this morning until 12:00am Monday, with 4-8” of snow expected. This currently includes MoCo up to Gaithersburg with the Watch remaining for areas north. This afternoon’s guidance will dictate if it will expand to include the whole county.
