The Original Cava Mezze Now Serves Brunch Every Sunday

The restaurant that started it all, Cava Mezze in Traville Gateway (Rockville), now serves Sunday brunch.

Their brunch will feature dishes like short rib frittata and avocado smash toast to go along with their daily menu and $5 mimosas. Brunch will be a la carte.

Childhood friends Ike Grigoropoulos (Gaithersburg High School), Dimitri Moshovitis (Quince Orchard High School), and Ted Xenochristos (Paint Branch High School) opened the restaurant in 2006.

There are currently five Cava Mezze restaurants in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (Rockville, Olney, Capitol Hill, Clarendon, and Baltimore).
