Grill Kabob Making Some Progress at Research Row
Back in January of 2020 we let you know that the fast-casual restaurant would be coming to Research Row (1409 Research Blvd).
Today we checked in and saw signage has been up up and some progress has been made with the construction of the new location (see photos below).
Grill Kabob is a local fast-casual chain that offers traditional Afghan food. Its first location was in Springfield Mall in Northern Virginia in 1998. Since then, the local chain has grown to over 15 locations.
We have not been given an opening date, but we now expect a late summer or fall opening.
