Detectives Investigate Theft from Auto; Surveillance Photos Released

Per MCPD:
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Patrol Investigations Unit are investigating a theft from auto that occurred in the 2420 block of Reedie Drive.  Detectives have released surveillance photos of the suspect and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him.

On Thursday, May 12, 2022, at approximately 8:30 a.m., the victim parked her Ford 5-150 pick-up truck in the garage at this location. Upon returning to her truck at approximately 5:15 p.m., the victim’s bright green Cannondale bicycle, with lime green reflectors and a pink seat that was in the truck bed upon parking, was no longer there.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect is asked to call the 4th District Patrol Investigations Unit at 240-773-5476.
