MCPS To Participate in the National School Meals Programs

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) announces participation in the National School Breakfast Program, the National School Lunch Program, the Afterschool Snack Program, the At-Risk Afterschool Supper Program, and the Family Day Care Program. Meals will be provided to all enrolled participants regardless of race, color, sex, age, disability, or national origin, and there will be no discrimination in the course of meal service and access to facilities.  Eligibility for free or reduced-price meal reimbursement is based on the following annual income eligibility guidelines effective from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Meals will be provided at the sites listed on the MCPS Website: https://ww2.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/schools/

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
