After nearly four years, D.P. Dough is making its return to College Park, MD on Monday, December 18 when it opens its new location at Terrapin Row (4200 Hartwick Rd.)

In January 2020, a couple months the prior to the start of Covid restrictions, D.P. Dough announced, “It’s not good bye. It’s see ya later. After serving calzones for 20 years in College Park, we will be closing our doors for the last time Thursday night. It’s been an amazing journey, but all good things must come to an end.” The wording of the message left fans of the calzone spot that operated in College Park for two decades wondering when exactly that “later” would be.

The restaurant posted the following on it’s Instagram page on Tuesday, December 12: “D.P. Dough College Park is RETURNING! 12.18.23 @ 4pm! 4200 Hartwick Rd. Suite D.
We can’t say thank you enough as we are truly excited to announce our reopening! We have been working hard to ensure we provide the excellence that is D.P. Dough back to hungry University of Maryland students and our community in College Park!”

DP Dough offers a wide variety of calzones, wings, and other appetizers.
