Marcus & Millichap has announced the $2 million sale of The Flower House, a 20-unit multifamily property located at 8212 Flower Avenue in Takoma Park, Maryland.
Built in 1958, the three-story building spans 15,846SF and features 11 one-bedroom and nine two-bedroom apartments, averaging 718 square feet per unit. The property, known for its mid-century design and convenient location near the Takoma/Langley Crossroads area.
According to ConnectCRE, the sale was completed as part of an eight-property portfolio that was marketed and sold through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy process, subject to approval by the United States Bankruptcy Court.
