21st Century Distributing is expanding into Maryland after acquiring 831 Russell Avenue in Gaithersburg, where it will establish a new distribution facility for its electronics business.
According to Maryland Newsletters, the company paid $3.35 million for the approximately 12,000 SF standalone building that was most recently home to Me Land Gaithersburg. The indoor play center that closed this past April after three approximately three and a half years in business.
Headquartered in Garner, North Carolina, 21st Century Distributing has more than 40 years of experience serving professional integrators with audio/video, networking, security, surveillance, smart home, and commercial technology products. The company operates multiple distribution centers across the Southeast and provides next-day delivery to many customers using its own fleet of trucks and drivers.
